Retention and destruction
Retention periods are those of the privacy policy (24 months for guest information). At the end of the period, information is deleted or anonymized.
Confidentiality incidents
Every incident is recorded in the incident register. We assess the risk of serious injury and, if there is one, notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned. We take steps to reduce the risk and prevent it from happening again.
Assessment before a new project
Before any new project or provider involving personal information, and before any transfer of information outside Québec, we carry out a privacy impact assessment.
Complaints
Complaints can be sent to the person in charge at info@allomajordome.com. We acknowledge them and reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information: https://www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.
