1. The service

Allô Majordome lets a host (chalet, condo, hotel, short-term rental) publish a digital guide for guests, opened with a QR code engraved on a metal plate or downloaded: Wi-Fi, nearby spots, house rules, issue reports and an invitation to leave a Google review.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account. Tell us right away about any unauthorized access.

3. Pricing and billing

Setup: $250, one time. It includes creating your platform and business profile, and your first two spaces with two engraved metal plates (QR code) each.

Subscription: $15 per space per month. It includes managing and updating the guide, nearby spots, hosting, email alerts and statistics.

From the third space, you add spaces yourself from your panel at $15 a month each. The QR code is a free download; two metal plates are optional for $60.

Google photos option: $5 a month to feature four businesses with their photos.

Prices in Canadian dollars, plus taxes (GST and QST where applicable). The subscription is billed monthly, in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a space or your subscription at any time by writing to us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. Setup and plates already made are non-refundable. If payment is missed, we may suspend the guide of the affected spaces until payment.

5. Your responsibilities as a host

You are responsible for the content of your guides (Wi-Fi, rules, recommendations, photos) and for holding the rights to images and logos you upload.

If you use the emails of guests who agreed to receive your offers, you must follow applicable laws (including Québec’s Law 25 and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation): only to people who consented, identifying yourself and with an unsubscribe link in every email.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing it will never be interrupted. Third-party information (Google Maps, addresses, opening hours) is indicative.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect damages or for content published by hosts.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and illustrations belong to 9554-9358 Québec inc. You keep the rights to your content and grant us a license to display it in your guides.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; we will email you at least 30 days before any price change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
