Refund policy
Version of October 29, 2026
This policy applies to hosts who pay for Allô Majordome. It complements the terms of use. If the versions differ, the French version prevails.
Setup and plates
Setup and metal plates already made are non-refundable, because they are created and engraved for you.
Monthly subscription
The subscription is paid monthly, in advance. If you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; that month is not partially refunded.
How to cancel
Write to info@allomajordome.com naming the space or subscription to cancel. We confirm the cancellation by email.
Your rights
This policy applies subject to the rights the law gives you.
